APARTMENTS & ROOMS:
All prices are per room or apartment (not per person). All apartments are fully equipped with kitchen with dishwasher, living room with sofabed, bedroom with double or twin bed and bathroom. All rooms have private facilities. Extra bed in rooms available at € 30 per person/night including breakfast. Room rates include breakfast. For apartments breakfast is available at € 10 per person. Final cleaning is obligatory for the apartments (bilocale € 60, trilocale € 70).
THE PRICES INCLUDE:
- Full use of our facilities.
- Bedlinen and towels for the rooms.
- Breakfast for the rooms.
- Internet: free Wi-Fi in rooms and public spaces.
- Bedlinen and towels, tablecloth, dishcloth for the apartments.
- Water, gas, electricity. In case of exceeded use of electricity we can apply a surcharge.
SURCHARGES:
- Final cleaning (obligatory for the apartments - to be paid on arrival): 60€ bilocale 70€ trilocale
- Baby kit (babybed & baby chair): 30€ per week
- Private boat transfer (both ways including luggage): 50€
- Parking (Sulzano): 6€ per day

Refundble security deposit € 150 to be paid in cash or with credit card guarantee on your arrival.
